Mike started his first company when he was in High School. Business has always been in his DNA. As an entrepreneur that is a high-performer, goal orientated professional; he thrives in a high competitive atmosphere. His accomplishments included a three year degree in Computer Networking and Criminal Justice at Westwood College and has also achieved the rank of 4th degree Black Belt under Master Chris Nelson, at National Karate of Chicago. He is married to a his beautiful wife and has two children, Maximus and Makayla. Mike always places his family high on his priority list. His love for his family and company shows each and every day.

Dean Walker

Managing Partner - "The General"

Dean has been destroying PCs since he was twelve years old. He first fell in love with computers back when he had a black and white screen laptop. Soon after leaving high-school Dean starting working at a computer repair shop where he honed his computer skills. From those early days he went on to be head of technology at one of the leading high-street computer stores in the UK. After leaving that role he started his own company, supplying and managing servers. Known for his wealth of Linux and Windows knowledge, SURGE is super lucky to have him on board!! BTW he hates Macs!

Mary Byler-Conlee, BSN

HIPPA Compliant Officer

Mary graduated from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND, 2016 with a BSN in nursing. Currently she works as a professional nurse, and performance coach, facilitating habit change. At SURGE Mary ensures that all our healthcare interactions are HIPPA compliant. Mary is also a busy mother to a ten year old girl that loves softball and basketball and an eight month old son. While she absolutely loves her professional career, her family is the heart beat of everything she does and is always striving to find an even better balance between her professional and personal life.

Patrick has worked with companies and organizations as a strategic consultant for organizational structure, cultural branding, marketing, social media, and overall public presentation bringing value and effectiveness.
Patrick has travelled widely throughout the world and the United States as a public speaker for both secular and religious organizations. He is know for is love of Jazz, coffee and has a deep appreciation of history.
Starting with an education for management in Ireland, he continued his studies in Theology and Intercultural Relations in the United States.
